Distinguising Physical Characteristics: It's not a physical characteristic, really, but yes. He's not wearing pants.
Powers: He knows quite a bit of both White Magic and Black Magic. When he feels a huge surge of emotion, he goes into Trance, where he becomes insanely powerful. His entire physical appearance changes when he does this, but it's not something that he can do often.
Personality: Upon first impression, he could be described as grandiose, bombastic, egotistical, and even whimsical. He's terribly patient, going to insanely unreasonable lengths to get what he wants. Always the lover of theatricality, he'll often play out conflicts in the manner of a traditional stage villain. Behind this playful demeanor, he's exceptionally sophisticated, cruel, and ruthless. He's the kind of guy who would hold the hero's friends hostage in exchange for getting something for him--and then would kill the friends while the hero is out doing said quest just so that they'd be out of the way. He's quite obsessed with the concept of power, and hates the fact that his only real reason for existing was to be a puppet; a puppet soon to be replaced, none the less.
Random Facts: What you see when you look at him isn't actually what he looks like. It's an illusion, because he can't stand having any connections to the rest of the Genomes (including appearance). His favorite theatrical work is Lord Avon's play, "I Want To Be Your Canary."
